Scope of Services
- Digital documents and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP)
- No field consulting, direct training, or external auditing included
- All documents are digital products for download and internal use only
- Products must be used within the customer's organization only
Terms of Use
- Documents must be used in accordance with local and international regulations
- Limited, non-exclusive right to access and use documents internally
- No republishing, copying, selling, or distribution without written consent
- Customer assumes full responsibility for any application outside their organization
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Asdaf Business Services
- No transfer of rights to customer except by written agreement
- Prohibited: copying, modifying, republishing, translating, distributing, or selling
- Customer must maintain confidentiality and not share with external parties
- No modifications allowed to preserve document integrity
- Asdaf reserves all legal rights to pursue violations
Non-Conforming Products
- Customer must provide accurate information when ordering
- Store will send correct version immediately at no extra cost
- Customer must report issues within 7 days of receipt
- Store reserves right to investigate complaints and take corrective action
Pricing & Payment
- Prices clearly displayed for each document or system
- Full payment required before access or download
- Applicable taxes and government fees added per Saudi regulations
- Store may modify prices anytime; new prices apply to future orders only
Legal Liability
- Store liability limited to replacement or correction of non-conforming products
- No liability for direct or indirect damages from document application
- No compensation for lost profits, work stoppage, or indirect losses
- Disputes resolved amicably first, then through Saudi courts
- These terms governed by laws of Saudi Arabia
Data Protection & Confidentiality
The store commits to protecting customer personal data and using it only for order processing and communication.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties except when legally required or with written customer consent.
The store takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality of digital data and stored documents.
Modifications to Terms
Asdaf reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Modified versions will be published in the store, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
If customer does not agree to any modification, they may stop using the store without additional obligations.
Consent & Acceptance
By using the store and purchasing documents, the customer acknowledges that they:
• Have read and understood all these terms and conditions
• Commit to full compliance with the terms
• Commit not to resell or republish documents without prior permission from Asdaf
Customer signature on any electronic purchase form constitutes legally binding consent.
