Intellectual Property Policy

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to: copyrights, procedures, designs, templates, textual and digital content, and any educational, artistic, or procedural materials available through Asdaf Company's online store, are exclusively and absolutely owned by Asdaf Business Services Company. Under no circumstances may any of these rights be transferred or granted to the customer except by explicit written agreement from the company.

The customer or any other party is prohibited from undertaking any action that would infringe upon Asdaf Company's intellectual property rights, including – but not limited to – copying, modifying, republishing, translating, distributing, selling, or making available the documents or templates by any means, whether directly or indirectly, without prior written permission from the company. Any violation of this prohibition is considered a legal infringement subject to civil and criminal liability in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The customer commits to maintaining the confidentiality of documents and digital content and not making them available or sharing them with any entity or individual outside their organization. They also undertake not to make any modification or tampering with the content of the documents in any way, in order to preserve their authenticity, integrity, and compliance with the technical specifications issued by Asdaf Company.

Asdaf Company reserves all legal rights to pursue any entity or individual who violates or misuses any of the store's contents, products, or trademarks, and has the full right to take whatever regulatory measures it deems appropriate to protect its rights.
